Sometimes, we take the opportunity to acknowledge our staff, who contribute so much to the overall value of LSI.  They are sincere and genuinue in their approach to customer service and are relentless in their desire to bring the best out of LSI for our clients and associates.  Today, we want to thank Mayu Matsumora (Mayuko is her full first name, but we all call her Mayu), who has been with us now for almost four years.  In her role as Senior Support staff, she handles a variety of programs.  In the coming weeks, she will move away from her role as a primary support for Greenbelt and become the senior support for Blackbelt and the Japan trip (a more advanced supporting role, in other words).  Her bilingual ability and years of customer service experience will prove to be invaluable.  In fact, she has multiple talents - see a short video below about Mayu!  (Sorry Mayu, you're a great sport).

Yes, sometimes we make fun of our own staff!
