Where next?
Where is LSI going next? Well, there are many events coming up in January 2010, but the very first trip is an event in San Francisco area, conducted by David Koichi Chao, followed by programs in Winnipeg, Calgary, and Toronto - virtually back-to-back. Fun never stops.

Belgium Problem Solving Executive Program
Want a glimpse of how we conduct an Executive Program? Take a look at a short, entertaining video clip of our most recent Executive Problem Solving session held in Belgium, delivered by Master Coach David Koichi Chao and Senior Lean Coach Bob Low.
Some innovative and imaginative "ice breakers" were part of the session!

Where have we been?
Busy schedule is the "norm" at Lean Sensei, primarily because our programs are held in so many locations throughout the world. Reflecting back on the past few months, we have been to various Canadian cities (Toronto, Calgary, Winnipeg) as well to some European and Asian cities. Travelling to Singapore, Japan, Germany and Belgium certainly wasn't easy but we definitely learned a lot and hope that our participants have appreciated our lean programs in those cities. Hightlight? - visiting Porsche, Audi, BMW, and Volvo factories in Europe in mid-December.
LSI took more than 20 people to Japan in late Nov
Followed by an Executive Program in Singaore
Then LSI delivered a problem solving workshop in Belgium
Which was accompanied by a visit to places like Audi Museum

Another Blackbelt Graduation!
With more than 2,000 people graduated from LSI's Lean Certification program over the last decade, you'd think that final day of graduation for Blackbelt is "just another event." Definitely not, because Blackbelt is LSI's top-tier program - designed to create the most advanced lean advisors - and the program openly encourages Blackbelts to be creative and imaginative. Witness the most recent graduates of the Blackbelt program, who went out of their way to bring challenge, imagination, and "wow" factor to the final day of the program. During Blackbelt's final presentation day, we saw everything from "Karate demonstration" to "orange peeling contest." There never is a dull day at LSI's Blackbelt session!
