Coming out Ahead

After almost three weeks in Japan, jetlag is a familiar but somewhat unwelcome companion.

Last night, lying awake, I got to counting my blessings and thinking about the people and organizations that have given me the privilege to accompany and coach them on their lean journeys. Having just returned from another exhilirating Japan Lean Tour, I am deeply grateful for the many clients, teachers, mentors, colleagues and friends that have challenged and inspired me.  Navigating and taking this journey hasn't always been easy but when I think about, I'm sure you'll echo along with me that
“If you count all your assets, you always show a profit.”

Beautiful Water Fountain Show

Something amazing happens every night right in the middle of Kyoto downtown, in front of the JR train station.... it is a water fountain night show in which carefully designed combination of water jets and lighting effects are brought together for an impressive night show.

Creative photos of Kyoto

Our executive administrative support Mako is quite creative with photos, so here are some of the beautiful shots of Kyoto taken (and then edited) by Mako.  Mako joined David and Joey in our recent Japan Lean Tour program.
