Sunrise over tokyo...it's time for our flagship program to kick off today! It will change and transform our Blackbelts forever because they will see and experience things that are eye opening and life changing. 

Japan Trip 2016 FALL Program has started!!

Hello Tokyo... a land of amazing people and lean culture!!! The weather is very nice and warm in Tokyo. Everyone arrived in Japan safe and sound! It's going to be a busy week coming up!

Greenbelt Operations 1 Module 2

Last week, our Greenbelt Operations 1 class learned a great deal about useful Lean tools like Cycle-Time Reduction, VSM etc. In the latter half of the week, the class demonstrated how well they could apply their newly acquired knowledge by successfully completing their Kaizen.
