Greenbelt Vancouver Summer Module 2
33 participants of Greenbelt Operations & Service classes got together in Vancouver again for Module 2 of their program this week. One of the major tasks for these classes will be a Cycle Time & Process Time Reduction Assignment for a large manufacture and financial institution.
Before they tackled the hands-on kaizen, they took part in an exercise, making paper airplanes with their teammates. Key pointsto take away from this exercise- Measure the cycle-time, balance the production line and always keep the customer demands in mind!

Greenbelt TransX Graduation at Winnipeg
We are pleased to announce the formal graduation of our custom Greenbelt class! 17 people worked extremely hard in Winnipeg to achieve this amazing goal of becoming certified as a Greenbelt on Saturday May 26th. Congratulations!

Blackbelt Spring 2012 Graduation!
