It was an eventful week for the Greenbelt group in Toronto as they applied their knowledge of MBTI, Value Stream Mapping and presentation skills in their Kaizen!

The Blackbelt class has just completed their module 2. It is one of the biggest Blackbelt class ever and the team work is very good! It is such a pleasure to see them working hard to complete their projects.

It was kick-off week for our Operations 1 team! The class got to meet their new teammates and put their heads together for some fun team-building skills and lots of new lean material.
The teams got together to work on a specific project area over the course of 3 days and helped make significant changes.
It was a exciting week at Genentech as participants learned new Lean principles, such as Process Time Reduction, and managed to put them into practice during their Kaizen.
