The vision to have a new, more spacious “home of our own” begun about three years ago. Since that time the development manager and I viewed many office spaces but none of them quite satisfied our list of criteria. Then last fall, a few weeks before my Japan Lean Tour, in a serendipitous kind of way we came upon it, with the help of a trusted agent. Touring the mostly gutted, stark white space, (except for a row of offices that ran the length of the east side), with its stunning city and mountain views, we instinctively knew this place fit our vision. And so began a long, stressful and challenging renovation process. It has taken longer than I imagined. But “the way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you’ve got to put up with the rain.” We're delighted to share this milestone with you - a space where we hope to inspire you to learn, to network, to challenge each other, and above all, to make a difference in the world.
I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our support team for supporting me and keeping LSI on track during the length of the renovation. It hasn't been easy. Another big thank you goes out to my coaches, without whose help and input, I would not have had time to pursue and realize this dream goal. And to you, our dear clients, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation. In many ways you have made this dream possible. Thank you.
