Spring Saskatchewan Greenbelts Graduate!

Last week the Greenbelts in Saskatchewan finished up their last Module producing impressive results at the Kaizen. We love how close this group became and we're proud to present them all as Lean experts! Hats off to the medalists Adam (Gold), Darren (Silver), and Arnel (Bronze) for their outstanding performance throughout the program.

Greenbelt Hybrid Summer, 2016 Kickoff

It was Module 1 Kickoff for the Greenbelt team at Genentech! Each team participated in activities that promoted team-building, creativity and time awareness.

 Team had to tackle challenging issues within the company by applying multiple Lean strategies.
