Lean Summit 2016

We are excited to announce that we are bringing back Lean Summit Conference to the stage for 2016!

Greenbelt Operations CTR Kaizen

The Vancouver Greenbelt Operations group is back this week and they are all geared up to work on a Cycle Time Reduction Kaizen at Fresh Direct Produce. 

It's great that everyone is focused and enthusiastic about their projects. Good luck to them all at tomorrow's report-out!

Mr. Sensei made another appearance last week at our Executive Lean Strategy program at Libro Credit Union. It is always interesting to see how we can devise solutions to problems and how we can overcome these challenges. Lean strategy is applicable to work, and also to life.

Greenbelt Operations Winter 2016 5S Kaizen

Greenbelts are at Houle Electric this week for a 5S Kaizen. They have been working on areas such as the panel shop, material storage, and the common working area. We are excited to see what they have come up with!

As tomorrow will be the last day of the Kaizen, Greenbelts are wrapping up their projects and are preparing to present their project results.
