This week, the Service Greenbelts will tackle the Flow of info of the back-end processes for a manufacturing company. These are the areas of the process that cannot be seen by the end customer but are just as important as the visible product.
However, before the Greenbelts go to the gemba, it is a full day of in-class training, including the airplane simulation.
