We cover a lot of ground in our Japan Lean tour. We visit a large variety of high calibre lean organizations and have many Japanese cultural learnings embedded into the trip as well. You will get an immense amount of value and motivation from this tour.

I found that the tours of some best-in-class Lean organizations helped me fine tune my eye so that I became more able to see positive and negative indicators of Lean without relying on our Senseis to point them out.Though the trip was a few weeks ago but we still have so much to share.
