Lean Deployment

Lean Deployment, a partner course to Lean Strategy and Assessment, is a course under Lean Sensei's Executive Lean certification program.

This one day course goes over Lean Sensei's D-E-P-L-O-Y-M-E-N-T model, guiding proper deployment of lean. Lean Deployment follows the same logic as the saying that preparation accounts for 90% of success, taking the time and energy to deploy lean properly will greatly increase the success of lean.

Yesterday, Lean Coordinators, Lean Directors and other team members involved the management, strategy and execution of lean from across the nation gathered at Lean Sensei's headquarters. Master Coach, David and Executive Coach, Andrew facilitated the intensive one-day workshop.

The day opened with an exercise contrasting communication debilitated by silos and free flowing creativity when departments work together.

 

 

 

 

The course was also a great networking opportunity for our attendees who have represented distribution, banking, power systems and transportation.
