Last week, we were introduced to a fresh new group of Greenbelt participants from Genentech! The class kicked off with an introduction to Lean and some icebreakers to warm up and promote team-building.
After attending an intensive 2-day lecture, the participants set off to test out their newly learned knowledge in the real world by working on assigned target areas.
