Lean Leadership and Transformation with Mike Hoseus

Is your organization committed to the long-term stable employment for your employees? Do you have systems and processes in place to prepare for “the storms” and to endure them? Is it the role of everyone in your organization to solve problems?

Back by popular demand, Lean Sensei International is proud to host a one-day Executive training session on Lean Leadership and Transformation with award-winning author, Mike Hoseus.

Drawing from years of experience dealing with some of the best companies in the world, this training session will provide insight on how Lean Leadership and Transformation can be developed and sustained through Toyota Way principles.

This session will provide participants with a rare opportunity to reflect on their strategic style and will leave the program with a renewed energy for vision, and more importantly, a new understanding of how to steer their company to higher levels of Lean success using proven methods.

The Executive Lean Leadership and Transformation program is specifically designed to bring CEO’s, executives, and senior managers a fresh perspective on how to develop a cutting-edge strategy on Lean Leadership, Lean Culture, People Development and Strategy.

Attendees can expect to:
·       Learn how to develop strategy for creating the right leadership
·       Learn how to create the right culture and why delegating Lean to others doesn’t work
·       Understand why only focusing on cost cutting is the wrong approach
·       Identify and implement processes to sustain your improvement activity

LSI Welcomes Clients to our New Office

Yesterday, LSI kicked off another Green Belt program. Our 34 participants come from a variety of North American companies in both the manufacturing and service sector. Although similar in many ways to our previous greenbelt programs, this week’s session bears one unique distinction: it is the first program to run in LSI’s new office!

The vision to have a new, more spacious “home of our own” begun about three years ago. Since that time the development manager and I viewed many office spaces but none of them quite satisfied our list of criteria. Then last fall, a few weeks before my Japan Lean Tour, in a serendipitous kind of way we came upon it, with the help of a trusted agent.  Touring the mostly gutted, stark white space, (except for a row of offices that ran the length of the east side), with its stunning city and mountain views, we instinctively knew this place fit our vision. And so began a long, stressful and challenging renovation process. It has taken longer than I imagined. But “the way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you’ve got to put up with the rain.” We're delighted to share this milestone with you - a space where we hope to inspire you to learn, to network, to challenge each other, and above all, to make a difference in the world.

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our support team for supporting me and keeping LSI on track during the length of the renovation.  It hasn't been easy.  Another big thank you goes out to my coaches, without whose help and input, I would not have had time to pursue and realize this dream goal. And to you, our dear clients, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation. In many ways you have made this dream possible. Thank you.
