LSI and Master Blackbelts delivered another amazing kaizen blitz at a company in the Silicon Valley area. Two major areas were reviewed, mapped, probed, then transformed through LSI's process improvement methodology. We want to thank the entire kaizen group at Zoll Circulation well as LSI's Master Blackbelts Jeff Coates and Kenneth Leung of CP Rail and CME Manitoba, respectively. We all learned a lot and are very proud of the changes implemented.
