US In-House Project Wrap-Up

Last week, coach Jake flew into San Jose to work on a customized in-house Lean project for the better part of the week. On Friday, Jake and the team there had their formal report-out. The executive team was in attendance and were very pleased with what was accomplished.

One VP said "[this was] probably the most complex and impressive kaizen I have seen so far"
