Greenbelt 5S Kaizen

Last week our Greenbelts transformed a warehouse and purchasing area by implementing 5S.

Greenbelts gathering information on the current process and the needs of the process owner

Some groups achieved up to a 50% increase in storage space and even increased the useable floor space by 60%. Each group created comprehensive action plans for the process owners of each work area so that the savings can be sustained and built upon in the future.
