Internal Lean Sensei's

This week during the Tulsa Greenbelt program, coach Jake had newly minted Blackbelt, Ruslan by his side. True to the passion and expertise one would expect from a Lean Sensei Blackbelt, Ruslan was actively engaged with the team, aiding in a successful kaizen. With Ruslan's involvement and coaching as a Blackbelt level lean practitioner, there is great promise that the transformations from the kaizens will not only be sustained but further developed- meaning of course more value for their customers.
