Why Japanese are so healthy

Just look at the breakfast they eat....

grilled salmon, seasoned white radish, simmered carrots and lotus roots, steamed eggs, and plain tofu.

..... and that's why they have the highest life expectancy in the world.

I have long admired the Asian way of dining and in particular the Japanese. Their low keyed way of eating is enjoyable to be sure. Yet Japan is among the world's highest for heart attack risk. They eat right but have hectic stressful work lives. Check this out from WHO (World Health Organization):
