LSI's Japan Lean Tour Program has officially started! We are excited to report our first day of the program, which consisted of a half-day sightseeing to Tokyo Tower, followed by a supply chain/logistics lecture and visit to a software company. A former Olympus supply chain executive Mr. Sakae gave us an insipiring talk about inventory system and we all learned a gerat deal.
