Despite all of the challenges facing Japan, Toyota personnel who took us through their Motomachi plant sent us the group photo they took just a couple of hours before the earthquake.
We were extremely fortunate to have completed the entire Japan Lean program before the earthquake struck the country.
We are forever grateful for the safe return of our members and for the opportunity to experience Japan. The quake hit Japan on our last industry tour, and the manager of Denso (largest supplier to Toyota,) continued on with the tour to complete the program. The discipline and the resiliency of Japanese are incredible.
We will continue to pray for Japan. Please contribute in some form or shape.
